Studio Objective

At Inland Northwest Ballet, we base the training of our students on several goals we have for the studio and the children who choose to study here. Some of these goals are the enhancement of self-esteem, musical awareness, a sense of personal growth, the ability to work with others, the development of discipline, artistic excellence, and fun! Also essential is the development of a solid dance technique. This we accomplish not through the learning of dances, but by building lessons around carefully planned exercises that each serve a specific purpose, and lesson by lesson grow into a better understanding and improved dance technique. A dance is soon forgotten, but proper carriage of the body and the self esteem it brings will last a lifetime. Most important of all, our goal is to nurture and enhance each child's natural love of dance! We hope that these goals will be met by your child in the coming years!

Observation Area

We have provided an observation area in the back of our studio where parents and visitors may sip complimentary coffee or tea while watching the children dance thorugh our “magic mirror”. We have also provided our “noise and toys” room, with books and toys to occupy younger siblings during class ...We welcome you to join us!

Small Class Size

All classes have a limited number of student openings, which varies from six students to ten students, depending on the ages and abilities of those attending.
